Changes to Polar Bear Express Pet Policy
To ensure the safety of all passengers, employees and pets, as of January 8, 2024, Ontario Northland will be requiring all Polar Bear Express passengers traveling with pets to provide their own hard-sided pet kennels for transportation.
The Cochrane and Moosonee stations will have a limited amount of carriers for sale for customers who are unable to obtain a kennel prior to travel. Carriers made of metal or hard plastic will be required. Soft carriers will not be permitted. For more information, please visit the Moosonee or Cochrane station or contact Passenger Care at 1-800-363-7512.
