Description of Goods and/or Services: ONTC is seeking the supply, delivery, factory testing, commissioning, training, and warranty support of one (1) industrial-duty 40 HP portable vacuum system for collection of sand from Sand Blasting of locomotives and components. The equipment shall be supplied, delivered and commissioned no later than February 15, 2027.
