Motor Coach Service Reductions in Response to COVID-19

Effective March 25, 2020, Ontario Northland will be implementing a reduced motor coach schedule in response to COVID-19.

All communities currently served by Ontario Northland will continue to receive bus service; however, the frequency will be reduced on routes where we currently service more than once per day.

Customers holding tickets on the impacted runs will be contacted and rebooked or will be offered a full refund for any travel not yet completed. You may also email us at passengercare@ontarionorthland.ca, or call us at 1-800-461-8558 to cancel or rebook.

We continue to take further precautions to help keep our passengers safe, including:

  • Reducing the capacity on all coaches to limit the amount of passengers on board.
  • Enhanced cleaning protocols and increased disinfectant wipe-downs on all hard surface customer touch areas.
  • We will continue to be flexible and help our customers navigate through this difficult time. We have waived change and refund fees to assist our passengers.
